products and makes the extra effort to insure proper delivery of
products to you, our valued customer. This notice describes our Cancellation
and Ad Correction
policies. By visiting PrimeTIME Agrimarketing Network, you are accepting
the practices described in this
Notice.
What is the PrimeTIME Agrimarketing Network cancellation procedure?
Contact us via phone to cancel an advertisement in the handbook.
If the advertisement has
not yet been designed we will cancel your ad and refund 75% of the
price of the ad. If
the ad has already been designed, we will cancel your ad and refund
you 50% of the cost of the ad. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS
after January 10 for the spring issue and July 1 for the fall issue.
Proofing:
In order to stay on the print deadline, proofs will only be provided
by those advertisers who provide all copy before the copy deadline
of January 1 (Spring issue) and July 1 (Fall Issue). If we receive your ad or copy after this date we
cannot guarantee that you will be able to proof your ad. In addition,
if an error occurs with your copy and you submitted it after the
copy deadline PrimeTIME AgriMarketing Network will not be held accountable
for the errors and no refunds will be given. This is to protect the
deadline that is important to many of our advertisers.
Advantage Club Membership:
You may cancel your Advantage Club Membership at any time but no
refunds will be provided. Membership commences after receipt of payment.
No back mailings will occur. To cancel a membership contact us via
the contact form.
